NW Calgary Clinic

Insurance and Direct Billing Questions
Physiotherapy at private clinics is not covered by Alberta Health Care, but many extended health plans cover physiotherapy and registered massage therapy. Ask us about direct billing for your plan when you book, and check your coverage with your insurer. We provide receipts you can submit with a claim. You don’t need a doctor’s referral to see a physiotherapist in Alberta, but some insurance plans ask for one before they pay, so check your plan first. If your injury happened at work or in a car accident, let us know when you book and bring your claim number if you have one.

How do I book an appointment?

What if I’m not sure which clinic to choose?
Pick the one that’s easier for you to get to. Both clinics offer physiotherapy assessment and treatment, and our NW Calgary clinic is private and one-on-one, by appointment. If you’re still unsure, call either clinic and we’ll help you decide.
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Please contact the clinic you booked with by phone or email as early as you can, so the time can be offered to someone else.
